The fleet

The 6-passenger Luxury SUV suits a wine day for a small party or an executive airport run. Its spacious luggage area takes a weekend's bags for four.

The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van keeps a tasting group together, handles the venue drives and carries the wedding party on the day.

The 27-passenger Minibus shuttles a guest block between a hotel and a venue. It has a luggage compartment, so it works for the airport leg too.

The 56-passenger Motor Coach takes a full guest list or a large group down the coast in one vehicle. It has an onboard restroom and underbelly luggage room for the longer runs.

We have three more classes. The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle Van is a second van with the same leather cabin and luggage compartment. The 31-passenger Minibus seats four more than the 27. The 40-passenger Motor Coach has the onboard restroom and the 452 Cu. Ft. underbelly luggage room, and it is short enough for more of the valley roads. Where we operate in Santa Barbara

We drive groups from hotels in Downtown Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone and Montecito to the Santa Barbara Bowl and Goleta. On a show or event night we hold the vehicle for you from dinner through the ride back, all on one booking.

Santa Barbara Airport is the local airport. Guests flying in for a wedding or a tasting weekend also land at Santa Maria Public Airport to the north or Los Angeles International to the south. Send the flight number and we match the pickup to the scheduled arrival.

We book private-aviation arrivals the same way as a commercial flight. Send the tail number, the FBO and the estimated arrival time and we time the pickup to it. Early departures after a weekend event are booked the same way.

We pick up wedding and event groups in Downtown Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone, Montecito and Goleta. Montecito's lanes and the drives above the coast are not all open to a large vehicle, so we check what a larger class can reach before the date.

Wine tours are the main part of our work here. We drive out to the Santa Ynez Valley and the Santa Maria Valley and book the day as-directed, so the vehicle is yours for the day and you can change the tasting list as you go.

One booking covers a wedding weekend. The wedding party rides in a 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter, a larger class shuttles guests from the hotel block, and the late return runs once the venue closes.

Our corporate work here is offsites and small conferences. A company holds a vehicle for a day of meetings, runs a shuttle between a hotel and a venue, or books an airport run for a leadership team. We quote recurring shuttles as a program.

Teams, school and youth groups, and faith and community groups ride in the 27-passenger Minibus or the 56-passenger Motor Coach. On a run down to Los Angeles, the luggage room and the onboard restroom decide which one you need.

We also run non-emergency appointment transportation, and the vehicle waits while you are at the appointment. For a day without a fixed plan, book an hourly or as-directed charter.
